I came down with trigger finger two months agone. It came and went. Massaging the swollen node did not help. I had shock wave handling which did not work either. Then I read most acupuncture. I went to run into my accupunturist. Immediately after he withdrew the needles, I felt I got 90% of my forcefulness of my fingers back but the knuckles were however sore. I blindside aided the knuckles that nighttime to restrict movement. I woke to find my fingers were 90% better over all. I shall go for some other session in a week.

I have had trigger finger in my ring finger of my right hand for a few months. I had an date with a dr. for a cortisone shot. I am deathly agape of cortisone so thought I'd attempt acupuncture earlier my appointment. No results the starting time 2 times but the 3rd time he put the needle into the back of my finger where the hardening was and it is now 90% better. He figures most vi sessions. I am so pleased.

I had trigger thumb three times, with severe pain; and was unable to grip anything with the hand. I had information technology in my right and left hands, nigh a twelvemonth apart. Both times I wound up begging the medico for a cortisone shot. The cortisone worked and I got relief with 1 shot.

When I got it once more last yr, I decided to try acupuncture. It took about half dozen-8 sessions but it healed and it hasn't come up back. I am now in grad schoolhouse for a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Try information technology.

There may exist a Customs Acupuncture practice in your expanse - and the cost is very reasonable - usually a sliding scale. Give it some time. It'due south not a magic bullet, and you lot may need a number of sessions to get relief. Avoid surgery - nearly NEVER the answer in my stance. Good luck.

TRIGGER FINGER - PINKY

I but came beyond this website and I am glad to read that there are people out there exploring other options than injections and surgery. I just got TF about a week ago from playing golf. My doctor thinks that playing golf (strong grip/paw position) might have triggered the TF but I believe it was years of typing on the laptop's keyboard.

It is definitely abrasive feeling the clicking in my pinky everytime i take hold of something with whatever pressure level. Nonetheless, I completed one session of acupuncture and the pain has subsided quite a fleck. The clicking is withal there just with less hurting.

So far, its been about a calendar week west/o any golf and looking forward to another acupuncture treatment. I volition keep you all posted.

I have had trigger finger in the fourth finger on left hand for well over a year now. I take had one injection for it which worked for most 4 months and now information technology has come back.

I am now drinking aloe vera and likewise massaging aloe vera with MSM gel into my hands. This is definitely helping my thumb joint which has recently go very painful, and I think it is having a positive outcome on the trigger finger.

I shall continue with these for 3 months every bit I recollect it takes that long for things in the body to really change.

Four of my fingers are locking now from trigger finger and my hands are aching all the time. I accept been taking 1 tbsp. of ACV in a glass of water 3-4 times a day, only no results and so far. It was suggested that I soak my hands in ACV for 15 minutes a 24-hour interval using 1 role ACV and 3 of h2o. If this is an culling, and then for soaking can I use the regular grocery shop brand as the organic is expensive for that purpose.

This may not be the example for everyone but information technology'south definitely cured mine. I did actually effort oranges again, after eating two oranges in one twenty-four hour period, trigger finger started to come dorsum. Stopped again, trigger fingers gone away, also much of a coincidence. Even if this helps a few of you it's worth posting.

Yesterday after a nap my correct 3rd finger was stuck closed. Helped it open with my other hand; it hurt like crazy, even when rubbing it. Came to EC, read about the bromelain. Took 1 capsule and an hour later, I realized the symptoms were gone. This is the 3rd fourth dimension this has happened in about 3 months. I practical castor oil with frankincense which helped a bit – the pain and stiffness lasted about 3 days – only the bromelain was astonishing!

For trigger finger, endeavour taking the bromelain on an empty stomach with water. If you have information technology with meals, information technology will digest your food rather than working on healing your trigger finger.

I've had trigger finger in my pollex for several months. It was stiff and very painful. I was non able to bend information technology at all. Then I ran across the suggestion hither to try bromelian. I ordered it the same 24-hour interval. In virtually ii days, I could wiggle my thumb a little. Information technology's been ii weeks at present and I take full range of motion in my pollex and no pain. It still clicks some, but at this rate, I'm certain it will be fully healed soon. I have tried so many things that didn't assistance at all. It was very demoralizing to take so much pollex pain considering it is difficult to do anything at all without using your thumb! Bromelian was like a miracle cure for me.
